Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account and the mobile number used for OTP sign-in secure, and for all activity under your account.

Products, pricing & availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of our service margin.
• Daily drops are offered in strictly limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or for an unavailable item.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues; in such cases any amount paid will be refunded.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines vary by product and location. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DropZero or its suppliers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropZero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
